TIER ONE
Every Member Empowers A Woman To Launch Businesses
As you scale your business, she starts hers. When a woman gains the right skills and access to capital, everything changes — for her, her family, and her community.
Through our partnership with So They Can, every new member inside The Business Advisory™ funds 7 days of business training and microloan access for a woman in Kenya each month.
These women go on to open small stores, manage milk and poultry businesses, or turn traditional crafts like sewing and weaving into profitable market ventures.
TIER TWO
Every Enrolment Educates A
Disadvantaged Child
As you elevate your leadership, a child gains access to learn. In India, less than half of the 400 million children aged 6–14 attend school. Girls are especially at risk — 53% of girls aged 5–9 are illiterate.
Each enrolment into our Summer School™ program funds 30 days of school for a child through our partner, HOPE Foundation. These children, many of whom are abandoned or underprivileged, gain access to high-quality, digitally-enabled, English-based education — giving them the skills and confidence to break cycles of poverty.
HOPE’s innovative teaching model blends home visits, WhatsApp groups, and smartphone-based learning to ensure students continue their education despite systemic setbacks or school closures.

Every Freebie Equips A Child With The
Tools To Learn
Every time someone downloads a free resource, signs up for a workshop, or accesses content inside our ecosystem — we donate to fund a day’s worth of school supplies for a child in Tanzania, through So They Can.
It might seem small — a pen, a notebook, a textbook. But in rural communities, these are gateways to belonging.
Children without supplies often drop out, fall behind, or stop attending altogether. Your freebie? It funds their focus.
