meet the women

inside the room

Behind every business is a founder making decisions, solving problems and building something that didn’t exist before.

The women inside The Business Advisory™ don’t just run companies – they are operators, innovators and change‑agents who are rewriting the rules in industries as varied as healthcare, education, marketing, trades and tourism.

They’re leaders who see opportunities where others see obstacles, and they’re committed to building businesses that are both commercially successful and deeply meaningful.

Below are a few of these founders and the companies they’re building – proof that when ambitious women come together, entire industries start to shift.

Concrete Busters & Breakaway Concrete Cutting and Drilling

We're not just building businesses — we're revolutionising an entire industry from the inside out.

Beyond scale or market share, the real mission is changing the way trades businesses are run: how people are treated, how family-run companies are perceived, and how tradies see themselves and their worth.

The trades industry is one of the few spaces where big corporates can't take over — and that's a power most tradies don't yet realise they hold. I want to change that.

By instilling confidence, raising standards, and thinking nationally (and why not globally?), I'm proving that small businesses don't have to play small — and that a tradie with the right mindset and support can become a major contractor on major projects.

A huge part of that has been backing my partner to take his trade to lengths neither of us thought possible, and watching that belief unlock a vision neither of us knew we were chasing.

"Building a business as a woman means freedom — freedom from the box people try to put you in, freedom to use your skills and capabilities in ways you never expected. It means a confidence that can't be given to you, only discovered. I've found that I grow the most when I'm challenged the most, and every hard day teaches me something new about what I'm capable of. Women often play small because they underestimate the power they already have — these businesses are my reminder, every single day, that we don't have to."
