Flights to and from Phuket International Airport (HKT).
International travel insurance.
Airport transfers — If you are staying at Veranda Resort, airport pickup can be arranged directly through the resort. Veranda is approximately 60 minutes by car from Phuket International Airport (HKT).
Catering will be covered during session times (excluding welcome drinks on Monday evening and Thursday's Member's Dinner)
Additional recreational activities and experiences such as motorised water sports and the spa.

If you're travelling from Australia or internationally, we recommend arriving Monday 19 October (for welcome drinks) and departing Saturday 24 October (after Friday’s full-day experience), but feel free to extend your stay!

VERANDA RESORT
To help you tailor your retreat experience, accommodation and flights are booked separately, giving you the flexibility to choose the travel arrangements that best suit your schedule and preferences.
Our retreat will be held at Veranda Resort Phuket, Autograph Collection, a beachfront resort on the quiet Cape Panwa peninsula. It sits in a sheltered, west-facing bay, which means calm water for swimming and sunsets over Chalong Bay.
We have secured a group rate and a limited number of rooms at Veranda for Monday 19 October through to Saturday 24 October. We would strongly encourage you to book within the group block. Being onsite is a large part of what makes these few days work, and Cape Panwa is a quiet peninsula rather than a resort strip, so there is little within walking distance once the day ends.

Once your flights and accommodation are confirmed, please let us know so we can note your travel details for coordination purposes.
